You really need to find out what welfare schemes are there for different levels of staff and prepare
questions incorporating those measures. Thus, your study will be more focussed than “stabbing in the
dark” with a general questionnaire. Respondents will be bored answering a questionnaire where
irrelevant questions are included or where certain measures are not present.
You have identified so may intra-mural and extra-mural factors. You do not seem to have incorporated
those. Some of them may be more important at worker level.
What is the purpose of the Goyal’s model? Where are you incorporating that in your study?

framework; and how both are effected in the questionnaire used.
