 Introduction
Nowadays in Tamilnadu Bus fares are increasing. Share auto business

moving well at present situation. The cost of the travel is almost equal

to the Government Bus fair. Not only that, Share Auto service is

available round a clock (24 hours). The Night service cost will be double

as the day time fair. Even the same thing applicable for Government bus

also. Without Share auto many people will not reach their destination

on time. Recently Share Taxi introduced in Chennai and coimbatore.

 I will start this business in Coimbatore and Chennai

 Many demands for these kind of taxis now in both

coimbatore and chennai. So I like to do and be
successful in this business.

At the start of the business I planning to invest Rs.
18 lakhs as bank loan and Rs. 2lakhs as my personal
investment.
At current situation Tata Ace and Tata Magic are the
vehicles which is used in this business.
 Tata Ace vehicle cost comes around Rs. 3 lakhs. So
my plan is to buy 4 vehicles
 Balance amount need to spend for getting
transport license and for getting route license.
Expecting Turnover :

 Expects around Rs. 2 lakhs as turnover each

month.
 Per vehicle expecting minimum Rs. 50,000
as turnover on every month
Expenses :

As per my knowledge following are the

expenses which are take place while doing this
business.

Diesel Expenses
Bank loan due
Drivers salary
Maintenance and service
Expected Income :

Expecting income around Rs. 15,000 to Rs.20,000

per vehicle at each month.

 From those 4 vehicle my expected income are

around Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month.
Employees :

 Drivers are only employee

 No need of many employees for this kind of

business like HR etc.
Business in Chennai :

 Heavy demand for these kind of share taxi business at

chennai.

Especially at ECR road many share autos are running

well

Chennai people like to roam on weekends. So at

weekends can earn more.
Time Frame :

My expecting time period for reach Break Even

Point is minimum 3 years.
