    WHO: Buffalo Common Council

    WHAT: Special Legislation Committee Meeting Regarding the Seneca Creek Casino

    WHEN: Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at 11:00 A.M.

    WHERE: Common Council Chambers, 13th floor, City Hall.

    The Buffalo Common Council will convene a special meeting of the Legislation Committee to
    discuss the Seneca Creek Casino:

    Item: “M. LoCurto-M. Kearns-Req. Update on Status-Gaming Facility” (CCP #66, May. 11, 2010)

    This meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 11:00 A.M., in Common
    Council Chambers, on the 13th floor of City Hall. This meeting will review the current status
    of construction at the Seneca Creek Casino, as well as the agreement executed between the City
    of Buffalo and the Seneca Nation, Seneca Gaming Corporation, and the Seneca Erie Gaming
    Corporation.
