and evidence to support your claim. Due to these facts, your offer to contract is refused.

As previously lawfully demanded, YOU MUST provide:

 The COPY of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT of unit.

 You MUST also provide ALL RECEIPTS for every transaction taken for Your response MUST be
in affidavit format signed and notarized under penalty of perjury.

Just as a reminder I have already sent you a copy of this letter in the mail on 12-20-10 Certified mail so I
will be giving you an addition day to respond because I want us to try to resolve this issue, so I will
extending the date of response to 12-27-10 which should be more than enough time to respond.
