Assessment Task

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding the principles and theoretical application related to
swimming, basic rescue for personal survive and helping others in difficulty on the deep water.
• Describe and demonstrate the skill; body position, leg kicking, arm-stroke, breathing and applying
these skills and technique in hand/leg coordination.
• Show ESLRs occur swimming lesson.
• Problem solvers: take risks when facing unfamiliar situations and are prepared to explore
new roles, ideas and strategies.
• Self directed learners: actively enjoy learning and whose love of learning will be sustained
throughout their lives.

Specific Task Requirements


 Criteria A Knowledgeable: Make a poster about analyzes one of four swimming strokes and
basic rescue for personal survive and helping others in difficulty on the deep water (group: two
people).
 Criteria C: Performance/Application; Student are able to perform or demonstrate techniques
of body position, leg kicking, arm-stroke, breathing and applying these skills and technique in
hand/leg coordination.
