SYNOPSIS

PROJECT TITLE:- “AUTOMATIC POWER CONTROLLER(A.P.C.)”

PROPOSED WORK :- To develop an effective Embedded System that can control power in a room by sensing the
presence of a human being.

The project “A.P.C.” provides facilities of controlling the electrical equipments such as FANs, LIGHTs, ACs etc.
automatically. It will provide graphical user interface for controlling the electric equipments through computer system to
make its working easier, more attractive & user friendly. Thus the use of facilities provided by the A.P.C. makes electric
energy saving easier with and without GUI.

Thus, during the development of the project our concentration is only to attempt the total saving of the electrical
energy in many Educational institutions, Commercial organizations etc.

SOFTWARE/HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:- Microcontroller(8051/8052), Relay, Capacitors , Transistors , Circuit

Base , Resistors, Connecting wires ,Power Supply, Firmware, Assembler etc.
