also include NGOS, and local level organisations)

Examine the following: 10marks

1. Corporate Governance: the way in which the board is structured,

changes over time, relations with shareholders, and shareholder
activism
2. Legal liability, compliance and any accounting issues
3. Executive compensation: who and how the compensation is
determined, Role of board and compensation committee, and
disclosure to shareholders and the public.
4. Moral issues and moral dilemmas involved in the management and
ethical code of conduct in the company in the context of the goals of
the organisation
5. Human right violations or promotion in the firm
6. Key learning from the case analysis
