DEAR ATTY. ABUYUAN,

I am respectfully praying your good office for the resetting of the hearing of my Complaint for
Disbarment against my husband,
ATTY. MARIO T. JUNI, who is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Misamis Oriental
Chapter, because of the following reason:

I seek the legal services of lawyers in Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City and Eastern district of
Misamis Oriental to handle my case against ATTY. MARIO T. JUNI but unfortunately lawyers vehemently
decline to give me legal assistance for the reason that they knew him and he is a member of the IBP
Misamis Oriental Chapter.

That finding difficulty in hiring lawyer in Cagayan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental, I am
constrained to seek legal services of lawyers in Metro Manila and because of this problem, I need 15
days within which to be able to hire lawyers in Manila.

In view of the foregoing reason I urgently pray that the hearing set on December 7, 2010 be
reset to any available date in January, 2011.

Thank you for giving my prayer for resetting of the hearing, your kind consideration.
