SCOPE OF WORK

You will assist us in respect of the following matters:

 Selection of Technology, Plant & Machinery for desired quality and quantity of the Product.

 Preparation of Financial Budget, time schedule, arranging necessary datas and required

information for preparing DPR. You will provide necessary inputs, capacities datas, market

survey report and other relevant datas required for preparation of applications for bank finance.

 Various techno commercial discussion and negotiations with suppliers for both indigenous and

imported machines and equipments at H.O. Kanpur or Noida Office.

 Selection of Proper Manpower at various stages

 Guide for Site Master Planning

 Advise for Plant Layout, Equipment Layout, Main Equipment Specifications.

 Advising on measures to avail Hermes/Cofas/Equivalent insurance covered ECA on foreign

machines from EU. However, Company will provide necessary documents required for this

purpose.

 Advise for Main Auxiliaries, Selection of Machinery for Auxiliaries, EPCM Company

 Interaction with EPCM Company Work.

 Assist in Co-ordination with Critical Equipment Suppliers, Detailed Engineering Team and Project

Site Personnel Since beginning to Commissioning of the project.

 Selection of Vendors and Contractors for Civil, Electrical, Utilities and Machine Erection.

 Assist to Management in Recruitment of Plant Operation Personnel, Startup/Commissioning of

the Auxiliaries.
 Overall physical supervision of project during the entire course so as to achieve the time

schedule.However, day today supervision will be carried out by a qualified/experienced

supervisor jointly approved by you and the company.

 Preparation of System for day to day smooth Operation of the Plant with required Technical

Reports/Parameters after completion of the Project.

 Monitoring of Plant Operations for 3 Months after Plant Start-up.

 Assistance/Support on all costs related matters and marketing inputs such as type of products to

be made, packaging involved, marketing inputs on price etc. for a period up to three months

from the start up of commercial production.
