Purchase Manager (Manufacturing) - 1

post: The incumbent must be a Mechanical
Engineer with an MBA as an additional
qualification. He should have 15 to 20 years
experience of Manufacturing Purchase in an
engineering company of repute. Sales and
marketing experience would be added
advantage.

The aspirant should be capable of leading a

team of professionals and must be familiar
with handling raw material, casting, forging,
machining items and codes & practices. He
should also be aware of the latest international
trends. A thorough understanding of
estimations and cost structures of
manufacturing companies is essentials.

Senior Manager (Planning) - 1 post: The

incumbent must be a Mechanical /
Metallurgical Engineer, Postgraduate with 15
years of relevant experience in an engineering
company of repute.

Knowledge of estimation, purchase vendor

development, market prices and Pressure
Vessel codes is essential. Candidates with ERP
experience and exposure to production
planning will be given preference.

Manager (Module Factory) - 1 post: The

incumbent must be Mechanical / Electrical
Engineer from a reputed university within the
age group of 35 to 40 years. He should have
15 years of work experience in a medium size
engineering company manufacturing custom
built equipment. Knowledge of 5S and TPM
would be an added advantage.

Manager (Component Manufacture) - 1

Post: the incumbent must be a Mechanical
Engineer from a reputed university within the
age group of 35 to 38 years. He should have
10 to 15 years of work experience in a
medium size engineering company which has
a machine shop with multiple axes CNC
machines.

The candidate should have thorough

knowledge of MRP using ERP packages i.e.
SAP, BAN etc. and capacity planning of batch
type production on CNC machines. Candidates
with know-how of purchasing CI Casting, SS
Forging, SS Machining sub-contracting in and
around Pune and exposure to CNC
programming will be give preference.

Computer literacy, effective communication

skills and the ability to adapt to ERP/ISO

requirements are prerequisites for all the

above positions. The compensation package

with qualification and experience.
