    The California Community College Chancellor's Office is providing paid training opportunities for student veterans to participate in a cultural competency program for faculty, staff, and administrators. Student veterans will earn $100 if chosen to participate on a panel at the initial meeting before February 7th and attend the full trainings on February 7th from 5:30-7:30pm and February 8th from 4:30-6:30pm. Interested student veterans should contact Randolph Martinez or Michael Van Derwood by January 26th, 2011 for more information.

    Details
    The CCCCO is providing training to col-
    lege faculty, staff, and administrators
    about student veterans so they can un-
    derstand veterans better. The training is
    a cultural competency program for
    schools and we need your help to do it.
    You will earn $100 if you are cho-
    sen to participate on the panel and
    you are present for all the training.

     Initial meeting before 7 Feb, time and

     First training is 7 Feb from 1730 to

     Second training is 8 Feb from 1630 to
