It is true that a contract is a vital agreement between two or more parties that it

affect their respective rights and mutual obligations which are legally enforceable

at law. The fact of the agreement occurs only when two or more parties meet

upon a common purpose, and without consensus ad idem the contract will is

void. In addition, if any breach of the contract is taken place, the remedy at law

for the contract is financially monetary compensation or other measurable

benefits, which can be specific performance of the contract or an injunction,

received from breaching party.
