As per discussed with Mr. Sheshadri regarding marketing of the Project

Nydhile Residency on Banerghatta Road & Nandanavana Sites. I will market the
apartment& site which will include my 25/- per sq/ft brokerage on every sale
of the apartment on the final rate committed to the customer and the payment
to be issued after the agreement.

Terms and Conditions:-

 The pricing need to be equal which is given to the marketing team.

Our commission should include in the given price.
 Marketing will be done through Online web Portals and telecalling.
 Site visits will be scheduled
 Require one seating space for the executive on site( implant)
 We would require brochures and pricing list from Nirman Shelters for
customer Information.
 The customer follow up will be done from our end and lead will be given
to Nirman Shelers with customer name and feedback.
