    The Chief Minister wrote a letter to the Governor requesting a copy of the sanction order for prosecuting him based on a complaint petition filed by two advocates. When an officer from the Chief Minister's secretariat met with the Governor and his principal secretary to collect a copy, they were declined. The Chief Minister finds it unfortunate that as the constitutional head of the state, a copy of the order was not provided. He has not received a copy of the complaint petition or had an opportunity to explain his point of view. He again requests that a copy of the sanction order be provided immediately.
