Explanation: I chose to analyse current and potential effects, both positive and

negative, of climate change on human activity and natural systems, in the form of a
Prezi. Whether your family or business has started to buy environmentally friendly
appliances (smart cars, dishwashers etc.) or if everyone is now turning off lights when
they are not in use, the prevention of climate change and global warming is starting to
take root. But some people are not completely aware of the consequences climate
change brings with it, so I have designed this Prezi for those who need convincing that
climate change is a reality and it will be disastrous if nothing is done.

This website was effective at explaining the positive effects of Global Warming. I found
this website was efficient because it got straight to the point and there were
subheadings for each subject discussed, with a detailed, quick explanation underneath.
Although there was no graphics on this page the bolded tile and subheadings grabbed
my attention and made this website informative and easy to read at the same time. I
would absolutely recommend this website to anyone that is interested or researching all
aspects of climate change.

This website was valuable in discussing the current and future consequences of climate
change. This website uses different fonts which captured my attention and made
reading the information more interesting. The picture where affective in helping me
understand that the effects of climate change can be extremely dangerous and that if
nothing is done about preventing the climate changing then the results can be deadly.
This website also had links to other pages to define terms that some people might not
be familiar with (green house gases etc.). this website was extremely useful and I
would recommend this to anyone researching the consequences of global climate
change.

‘Climate Change 2007: Impacts, Adaption and Vulnerability’ By Martin L. Parry

This book was extremely helpful in explaining the negative and positive impacts that
climate change is causing and how they differ from region to region. This book used
pictures that helped me understand how dangerous climate change can be if we
continue to overlook the hazardous effects it can have on earth. What I liked and used
most in this book was the numerous definitions (desertification, climate, estuaries, etc).
This book was a real eye-opener to the current and future impacts that climate change
can have globally. I would recommend this book without hesitation to anyone wanting
to learn about the impacts, adaptations and the vulnerability that global climate change
is causing.
