TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING REQUIRED MANPOWER

1 The terms and conditions for providing the required manpower on job
work basis is as under :-

(a). The job work assignment shall be initially for three months (at a time) which
may be extended further for a period in multiples of months and not
exceeding 3 months.

(b). The Corporation Charges as detailed below:

3. An increase of 10% of the payment to the assignees will be given to them after
completion of every year of the assignment
