Synopsis:
The main objective of the study is to analyse the job
satisfaction among the employees of THE FORTUNE HOTEL .CALICUT,
and to suggest measures to improve the interpersonal relationship
among the employee .

Result /Out come of the project: Few of my suggestions were

implemented by the organization.
