STEAMED THREADFIN WITH GINGER FLOWER

3 ekor ikan kurau


15gm halia
15gm bunga kantan
10gm bawang putih
2 sudu besar kicap cair
1 tangkai daun ketumbar
Wolfberries
Pangkal bawang merah (scallions)
Cili, dihiris

15gm ginger
15gm ginger flower
10gm garlic
2tbsp light soya sauce
1 sprig coriander leaves/stalk
Wolfberries
Scallions
Red cut chillies
Cara-cara | Method

In Malay

Hiris halus bawang putih dan halia. Hiris binga kantan. Tuaangkan sedikit sos cair ke dalam
bekas pengukus. Letakkan ikan dalam bekas. Taburkan daun ketumbar dan bahan-bahan yang
dihiris. Kukus selama 15 minit. Hias dengan pangkal bawang merah dan cili.

Fine slice the ginger and garlic. Chopped the ginger flower. In a tray, add in the light soya sauce.
Place the fish on the tray. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and the roots. Add In sliced ginger,
garlic and the ginger flower. Steam the fish about 15mins. Garnish with scallions and red
chillies.
