palace’ Reset and Clear your Friends THEORY ‘The game of Palace isa filing down process that moves in four stages. A player may not play their facedown’ cards nti all cards in the ‘pickup pile” have been used, all cards in their“*hand played and all face up" cards played. CARDS Cards are numbered 1-14, (1 sof east value (14) is of ighest value. ‘There are (2) different types of Wild cards, they are “Reset” and”Clear’ The wild cards may be played at any time during your turn. When a ‘Resets played the pile Remains and the player goes again. When a"Clear"is played the pile is Cleared away and the player goes again, SETUP Shuffle and deal (3) cards face down to each player. These cards may NOT be looked at until the end of the game. Next, deal (6) cards to each player, this is your‘hand A player must take their (3) best cards from their hand and place them face up on their (3) cards facing down. Important: (3) best cards"is the simple term used to illustrate how to set up the game. Remember, a player can at anytime place cards of the same value on the face up cards. All four of the same value cards played is equal to a"Clear” The player with the worst starting hand based on the“face up" cards starts.
