Karangan Bergambar SPM 3 - Faedah Menabung Sejak Kecil

Dalam meniti kehidupan yang bertunjangkan nawaitu materialistik danindividualistik,
kita seyogianya memahami kemaslahatan wang. Cendekiawanmemfasiqkan bahawa
dengan wang, kita dapat melakukan segala-galanya tetapi wang tidak dapat membeli
segala-galanya. Oleh hal yang demikian, menabung memang sinonim dengan wang dan
masa depan. Orang yang mengabaikan amalan ini diumpamakan orang
yang menagak cabaran pada hari muka. Realitinya, peribahasa Melayu ada menjelaskan
bahawa “sediakan payung sebelum hujan”.

Dalam marcapada, menabungkan wang dikatakan dapat mendisiplinkan diri kita.

kesabaran dan kesanggupan berkorban demi masa depan menjadi titik tolak seseorang
menabung. Apabila menabung, prinsip “sedikit-sedikit, lama-lama menjadi
bukit”. Wang tabungan ini dapat mengekang diri kita daripada lalai dalam merancang
masa hadapan. Disiplin diri yang terbentuk dalam amalan menabung
dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Ringkasnya, menabung
merupakan rencah untuk mengawal diri daripada memboros.

Walakin begitu, amalan yang dituntut agama ini dapat memupuk pemikiran
yang mengapresiasi kesusahan mencari wang. Ibu bapa yang bekerja siang dan malam
“bagai lebah mengumpulkan madu” demi membiayai kos kehidupan yang
meningkat harus kita sedari. Baki wang saku yang diberi mestilah dimasukkan ke dalam
tabung. Apabila kita memerlukannya pada kala kecemasan, pertolongan orang lain
tidak diperlukan. Oleh sebab itu, nilai berdikari dapat ditanam di samping mengetahui
setiap sen merupakan hasiltitik peluh dan keringat yang bermakna.

Ibu bapa memainkan peranan sebagai mencorakkan amalan ini kepada anak-anak

sejak kecil lagi kerana “melentur buluh biarlah dari rebungnya”. Anak-anak
bagaikan kain putih, ibu bapalah yang harus mencorakkan danmewarnakan
kehidupan mereka dengan amalan murni seperti menabung.Dengan berbuat demikian,
anak-anak dapat diajar tentang perancangan masa hadapan. Mereka akan menyedari
hakikat kepentingan berjimat cermat. Anak-anak yang pandai berjimat-
jimat nescaya dapat berusaha dengan lebih giat untuk menjamin masa hadapan kerana
“asal ditugal, adalah benih”.

Wang tabungan yang dikumpulkan acap kali dibawa ke bank untuk disimpan.Di

samping menabung, kita juga berpeluang untuk mempelajari perkembangandunia
perbankan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung menjadikan kita warga yang sentitif akan
perkembangan ekonomi semasa. Daripada perspektif ekonomi,kita dapat memainkan
peranan sebagai penjana virus yang dapat membebaskan negara daripada
serangan wabak kemelesetan ekonomi.Tegasnya, simpanan tidak seberapa yang kita
laburkan dalam simpanan bank dapat digunakan oleh pihak bank untuk pelaburan
mega lain sekali gus menstabilkan ekonomi negara.

Walhasil, sebagai anak bangsa yang bakal dibentuk menjadi modal

insankepada nusa tercinta, kita sewajarnya menjadikan amalan menabung
sebagairutin kehidupan. “Ingat sebelum kena, jimat sebelum
habis”merupakan kata-kata mutiara yang mesti kita hayati. Dengan menabung,
kualiti kehidupan yang lebih baik dapat kita nikmati. Wang yang ditabung boleh
menjadi modal melanjutkan pelajaran demi memberi pulangan kehidupan yang lebih
baik kepada ayahanda dan bonda tercinta. Pulangan yang lumayan daripada amalan
menabung dapat dirasai bukan sahaja untuk diri justeru kepada seantero jagatraya.
