My favourite sport is squash because: Equipment:

o The racquet and the ball are not heavy for me.

o I can practice by myself.

o I don’t get burn with sun.

o I keep fit

How to play?

Is a racquet sport played by two players (or four players for

doubles) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber
ball. Just before the match, the players spin a racket (usually
up or down of logo.) to decide who serves first. After being
struck by the racket, the ball must strike the front wall
above the service line and below the outline and land in the
opposite quarter court.

It must not hit the floor after hitting the racket and before
hitting the front wall.

Points are awarded if, during the course of play:

 The receiver fails to strike the ball before it has

bounced twice

 The receiver hits the ball out (either on or above the

outline, or on the tin)

 The receiver fails to hit the front wall with the ball
before the ball has bounced

You need special racquets, ball and court. Balls define

the speed: Orange, Double Yellow and Yellow are
Super slow, Green or White are slow, Red are Medium
and Blue are Fast.
