This project consisted of developing training materials to help long-term unemployed individuals over 40 years old improve their skills and attitudes for job placement. The project was conducted across multiple European countries from 2000 onward under the Leonardo da Vinci program. The training materials were organized into 4 modules with 4 content areas each, containing 3 dynamic exercises, assessments, and tutor guides. The methodology aimed to generate more active, open, and participatory learning through various grouping dynamics to build job search abilities and personal attitudes. This innovative teaching approach was being transferred to a new target group of young job seekers, who also face difficulties entering the labor market.
