Three Progressive Presidents

There have been 3 progressive presidents so far. The first one
is Theodore Roosevelt(top left). He has passed the Sherman
Antitrust Act, the Pure Food and Drug Act, and the Meat Inspection
Act.
William Howard Taft (top right) passed the Clayton Antitrust
and the Federal Reserve Act. Taft also passed the 18th and 19th
amendments.
Taft and Wilson(bottom) both passed antitrust acts and new
amendments. Roosevelt started a program that made American more
“clean.” The 19th amendment finally granted women the right to
vote. It gave women a direct vote in the political process, and it
doubled the size of electorates.
When Roosevelt, Taft, and Wilson were president, there were
lot of progressive reforms.
