    Petty Cash Fund

    - P2,500.00 remaining amount ( estimated equivalent amount of one week expense) for the
    PCF to be replenished.
    - PCF Summary to be done by Acctg.

    Collection ( cash and check )

    - Attachment of PO on collection report


    - All PDC should be recorded in the register for monitoring purposes
    - All cash collections should be deposited in the bank when it reached P5,000.00. On the
    other hand, said collections should be deposited in the bank regardless of the amount,
    unless there is a person who would have any transaction to the bank.
    - Using of collection in replacement of PCF is strictly prohibited.
    - Fund transfers to personal account should be recorded for monitoring purposes.

    Office Supplies should be recorded as expense upon buying.

    Review payroll of employees, regular and contractual. Verify computation to the labor.

    Bank balances and accounts payables.
