Program Schedule

Dear All,

We are planning to conduct a seminar jointly organized by BSE, CDSL, Dalal

Street and Hedge Equities on the topic of “Introduction to Stock Market
Investment” at Pathanamthitta.

We need your wholehearted efforts for the the success of the program.
Forwarding a checklist for effective execution of the program.

Program Schedule

1. Promotional activities
 Four banners-to be displayed in prominent places
 News paper insert-3000 notices (circulate in different locations).
Inform us the details of the paper inserts (Name of News paper
and places of distributions).
 Invitations-250.
Invite prospective clients (Mail us the prospective list before 4th
Feb 2011. Sonu.ns@hedgeequities.com)
 Local press release of the program- Press release should be in our
letter head and given to local media, at least 3 days in advance.

2. Program Arrangements
a. Free registration of investors at our branches.
b. Free registration of investors at the venue
 c. Remind the investors registered, at least once over phone about
the program
d. Make arrangements for the Spot registration at the venue of the
seminar hall.
e. Arrange conveyance of guests attending the seminar in
coordination with Sonu. N S (9496337865)
f. Arrange proper welcome address, vote of thanks and introduce
the guests and company properly.
g. Circulate leaflets of our company and products among
participants at the registration desk of the venue.
h. Circulate leaflets from BSE & CPSL during the program.
i. Arrange for the distribution of refreshment. Ensure that the used
paper plates & cups are disposed properly by providing a waste
box.
j. After the program, give a write up of the program and the
program photos to the Media immediately.
k. Arrange Photograph of venue and audience.

3. Hall arrangements
 Display program banner in English on Dias
 Arrange projector, screen and mike system

4. Refreshment
a. Forward the menu list and number of participants (maximum
expense per person Rs-35/-)
Bill the cost of arrangements in the name of Hedge Equities
