    Find the enclosed certified copy of the declaration of copyright. You


    are notified, effective IMMEDIATELY, to cease and desist all publishing
    of all reference to the name declared in the enclosed copyright in
    conjunction with same said social security number.

    The reasonable amount of time for this to engage would be 10 days.

    I am notifying this agency that if this action is ignored and all


    commercial publishing of claims are not withdrawn either in expressly
    written or oral form, that your agency will be fined $10,000,000.00 per
    occurrence. Failure to comply will result in the enforcement of this
    fine with the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division.

    You have exactly 10 days from the receipt of this letter to comply and
    issue a written statement to this effect, to the return address above.
