The LSPU-College of Nursing, from BS Nursing Level II-A will be having Clinical Case
Presentation, scheduled on January 30, 2011 as a partial requirement in the Nursing Care
Management, to familiarize with the diseases that encounter during the clinical exposure.

In this connection, in behalf of the students from BS Nursing Level II-A, I formally and
respectfully request your good office to allow us to have an interview with Dra. Estella Galvez,
surgeon and attending physician of Ms. Harlene Paliz, with a rare case of Abdominal Pregnancy
and to deliver alive Baby Boy, the patient that we handled during our clinical exposure at LPH.
This will be used for our upcoming Clinical Case Presentation. Rest assured that the data and
information will be kept confidential and will be utilized for educational purposes only.
