The product is refillable white board marker.

Objectives
▪The objective is to change our culture’s throwaway mentality and re-use, re-fill and re-cycle
instead of throwing it.

▪To provide refillable markers that are environmentally friendly and they are either refillable or
reusable or all these great qualities all together with determination to minimize waste

▪Make products that are safe cost effective and top quality.

▪Providing best quality product that last longer or for long time it is made of high quality
aluminum.

▪Providing our customer to pay less for a product of the highest quality. Giving them the best,
the marker that costs less both for their pocket and for planet.

Target customer
Our target customers are school teacher, colleges and universities lecturer and offices
personnel that are using white board.

Strategies
▪To offer the best quality whiteboard markers in the marketplace and special design nib.

▪ Making sure that it is available in all stationary stores .especially in Posh are stationary stores.

▪Doing promotional campaign going to different educational institutions and giving them a
sample of product so they use it and find out how it works.

▪Also as promoters of having good and safe environment for living, these markers provide an
excellent example of an initiative that not everything in our society needs to be produced on a
‘throw away’ basis.

▪Refillable marker is an innovate product as almost all markers after using are thrown this
product is giving refillable bottles and Nib replacement too to fill it again.

▪As this product is not an innovate product ,so its price is higher, as refillable bottles is also
given in that price so once customer purchased will not purchase again soon, but after a long
time.
▪Our product is available in three colors red, black and blue because these colors are
commonly used. Also 24 hour cap-off life span and does not dry out.
▪The product come in a handy plastic carry case, containing three marker and three ink bottles.

▪The product has competitive advantage as other markers are thrown away when used but this
product is not so there is no such competition in this case.

▪Also we decided to use electronic Media television to launch the product because it is found
that there is no advertisement of any stationary item in Pakistan and this marker advertisement
will gain attention of public immediately.
