 Analysis Report
We had conduct a survey on 20 students
from 3PPISMP Science and 20 student from
3PPISMP Social Study.
The survey is on money spent for food per
month for each student.
We distributed two survey form for each
unit that require the student to fill up their
name, total money spend for food per
month and their signature.
We make an analysis from the data
collected.

 Interpretation of Data

• Mean for PPISMP Social Study is 273.68 and

mean for PPISMP Science is 230.
• Mean is returns the average (arithmetic
mean) of its argument, which can be numbers,
arrays, or references, that contain numbers.
• 3PPISMP Social Study is higher than 3PPISMP
Science. It is because the average of the
money spend for food per month by the
student of 3PPISMP Social Study is higher than
3PPISMP Science that is only 230.
• This shows that the students in class 3PPISMP
Social Study spend more money for food
every month compared to the student from
3PPISMP Science.
• Standard deviation is an estimates based on a sample
that is ignores logical values and text in the sample.
• The standard deviation value for Unit 3PPISMP Social
Study is 77.62 and for Unit 3PPISMP Science is 84.8.
• In aspect of standard deviation, we can compare both
result and know that 3PPISMP Social Study is lower
than 3PPISMP Science.
• The relation of standard deviation between 3PPISMP
Social Study and 3PPISMP Science is homogenous.
• As a conclusion, from the graph we can prove that
student of 3PPISMP Social Study spend more money
for food every month than the student of 3PPISMP
Science.
