Cardiovascular Endurance

Cardiovascular endurance is the most important aspect of fitness. It is basically how strong your
heart is, which can potentially add years to your life. The heart is the most important muscle in the human body and if
it is kept healthy then you can avoid numerous health problems. Another reason that cardiouvascular endurance
is important is because your heart controls the oxygen flow to all your muscles - meaning cardiovascular health has a
large impact on your performance, both endurance and strength wise.

The FITT principal is something that people can use to increase cardiovascular endurance and
improve their body to the fullest extent. For example, if you start out walking three times a week for 30 minutes at a
moderate pace, you may lose weight and increase your endurance. After a few weeks of the same workouts, though,
your body will adapt to those walking workouts which could lead to a plateau. At that point, you could add another day
of walking (changing your exercise Frequency), walk faster or add some running (changing the Intensity), walk for a
longer period of time (changing the Time) or try something different like swimming or cycling (changing the Type).

Target heart rates let you measure your initial fitness level and monitor your progress in a fitness program.
This approach requires measuring your pulse periodically as you exercise and staying within 50 to 85 percent of your
maximum heart rate. This range is called your target heart rate. Your heart rate will get better over time with CVE.

These are facts about CVE and how it can help improve your life permentatly. If you start now you will lower
the risk of health problems throughout your life. You’ll have a stronger heart and an improved grasp on your health
which is what anyone wants.
