support the analysis.

 Primary data: It obtained from field research involves the collection of data that
doesn’t already exist. Data obtained from observation, survey which involves
questionnaire.
 Secondary data: It involve summary, collection and of existing rather than primary
research. Data collected from textbooks, journal, newspaper, article and internet.

DATA SOURCE:

 PRIMARY DATA: QUESTIONNAIRE

RESEARCH METHOD

This is a descriptive type of research. Researcher attempts to obtain a complete and accurate
descriptive of the situation. After analyzing the data the researcher attempts to predict the
result of action. Respect to

Descriptive research is used to obtain information concerning the current status of the
phenomena to describe “what exists” with respect to variables or the condition in a situation.
The method involved range from the survey the describes the status quo, the correlation
study which investigates the relationship between variables, to developmental studies which
seek to determine change over time. It includes the following step:

 Statement of the problem

 Identification of information needed to solve the problem.
 Selection or development of instrument for gathering the information.
 Identification of the target population and determine of sampling procedure.
 Design of procedure for information collection.
 Collection of information.
 Analysis of information.
 Generalizations’ and/or predictions.

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY:

 Respondent’s whole hearted participation in answering the questionnaire may occur.

 Since questionnaire and interview are just two of the methods of evaluation the
effectiveness of training the result may not be very accurate.

sources, that is both primary and secondary sources.
 The data collected is classified according to its nature to derive meaningful
information.
 The classified data is the tabulated.
 The graphical presentation of the data is done to analysis the data.
 The inference is given based on the table and graph.
 Based on the analysis the summary of the finding is drawn.
 Suitable recommendations are stated based on the findings.
 Finally conclusions are derived for the overall project.
