    Chocolate Muffins

    Ingredients
    • Chocolate muffin mix
    • Egg
    • Milk

    Equipment
    • Mixing Bowl
    • Wire rack
    • Spoon
    • Bun tray
    • Oven
    • Spatula

    Method
    1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
    2. Put the bun cases into a bun tray
    3. Empty the muffin mix into the bowl. Add 1
    egg to 150ml of milk and mix well.
    4. Divide the mixture equally bet ween the
    muffin cases.
    5. Put into the centre of the preheated oven.
    6. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
    7. Remove from the oven and transfer onto a
    cooling rack with a spatula.
