    A CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around body at underarm position above bust. Ensure ams are by your side.

    B BUST CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around body at nipple position.

    C UNDERBUST CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around body just under the bust where the bust finishes.
    L M D WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE AT NARROWEST Measure around body at the narrowest point on the natural waist.

    E HIGH HIP CIRC 7.5CM BELOW WAIST Measure around the body at ---cm down from the naturl waist point.
    B F HIP CIRC 20CM BELOW WAIST Measure around body at --- cm down from the natural waist point.

    Q G LOW HIP CIRC AT WIDEST POINT Measure around body at widest part of the bottom.

    H THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around thigh at 2cm below the crotch join. This should be the widest area.
    D I KNEE CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around knee at centre of knee cap.
    J CALF CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around calf at widest point. This will be half way between knee and ankle.
    E K ANKLE CIRC AT NARROWEST POINT Measure around ankle at narrowest point.
    S L UNDERBUST POSITION FROM HSP Measure from where neck meets shoulder down to underbust point.

    N M WAIST POSITION DOWN FROM NAPE Measure from the bone at the base of front neck down to waist point.

    N CROTCH LENGTH FROM WAIST TO WAIST Measure from waist point at back, down between legs & back up to front waist point.
    O SHOULDER POINT TO SHOULDER POINT Measure from widest shoulder point across back to other widest shoulder point.
    H P NECK CIRCUMFERENCE AT BASE Measure around neck at base where neck meets shoulder.
    Q ARM LENGTH FROM NAPE Measure from nape at centre front neck point to wrist.
    R UPPERARM GIRTH Measure at underarm, around arm widest point.
    S FOREARM CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around forearm half way between elbow and wrist.
    T WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE Measure around wrist just above wrist bone.
    * HEIGHT Stand without shoes straight against a wall. Measure from top of head to floor.
    I
    * BUST CUP SIZE Use bra cup size you normally wear.
