For a SUMMONS to be issued by the Master and Registrar of the
above Court, calling upon the above named Respondent and Co-Respondent to be
and appear before a Honourable Judge who may be sitting at Chambers on a day
and hour to be fixed in such summons to show if any, why the authorisation to
use Edit Cavell street for holding a public gathering and/or meeting scheduled
to the 18th day of February 2011 from 1600 hrs to 1800 hrs has not been
acceded to.

And this for the reasons fully set forth in the herewith annexed
affidavit. WITH COSTS
