Housekeeping Plan
1. Segregate waste types
2. Recyclables placed in proper location
3. Segregate remaining wastes by type and locate in designated areas until paperwork is completed
4. Institute new housekeeping requirements
• Labelling
• Time frames
• Storage Areas - Departmental personnel will have to assess what is needed and will be required to label it
• Summarize clean-up results and take post clean-up photos

Proposed Plans
1. Barricade the Test site area from Deco poles production area (Chin’s site)
2. Labelling and signs in the stockyard for better identification of finished goods
3. To erect shades at the Test site to protect pull test winch and others test items
4. To prepare racks and shelves to arrange spare parts in the store room
5. To surface cement silo area with concrete to allocate space for maintenance bay
6. To erect bund in the steam boiler room to prevent oil spillage
7. Aisles and walkways to have lines painted and warning signs to encourage people to use them so that they do not take shortcuts through
hazardous areas.
8. Repainting of production machines and equipments.
9. Allocate space for the foreman to repair the excavator, forklifts and location to store his parts.(barricaded)
10. To install automatic pump with level limit switch in the steam boiler oil tank
