Weakness – Impatient and tend to make decisions hastily.

Vision - to open my own educational institute....aur why do u want to open

that educational institute?

I want to open an educational institution because I want to provide an

opportunity to many talented future generation of the country to learn and
educate themselves not only terms of gaining academic excellence but also
overall holistic self development.

q2) Why do u want to join symbiosis?

I would like to join Symbiosis because I would like to not only explore my
talents and nurture them with the best available facilities but also prove
to be a value adding asset to the institution I belong to and hence be
instrumental in making contributions to industry and society
Moreover Symbiosis has some unique learning initiatives like Mentorship
program and industry interaction which is the trademark for the institution

q3) Why should we select u?

Because I want an all round learning and development experience for myself
and I believe i am responsible and decisive and shall be able to contribute
to all activities for the institution.

q4) Where do u see yourself 5/15 years down the line?

I see myself as a competent, confident manager equipped to lead and who is
able to make a difference in my chosen field of work and society. Where I
am able to balance and focus on my career with a holistic self development
and continue to uphold values of integrity, efficiency, simplicity and hard
work

q5) What have u done to overcome the above mentioned weakness in you? I try
to remain calm and compose and assess the situation before i make any
decisions and practise deep breathing to remain patient. I also practise
yoga
