    I. Olfactory Smell Test


    Recognize smells
    Ex breakfast, alcohol
    II. Optic Confrontation
    Move finger outside visual field
    to find parameters

    III. Oculomotor Cardinal Gaze/ Accommodation

    Follow finger

    IV. Trochlear Cardinal Gaze


    Follow finger

    V. Trigeminal Dull/ Sharp


    Differentiate between dull and
    sharp
    VI. Abducens Cardinal Gaze
    Follow finger

    VII. Facial Smile Test


    Ask to puff up cheeks
