Sensitivity analysis

A comprehensive sensitivity analysis has been computed for three distinct variables i.e. sales,
price, fixed costs and variable costs. Under all four variable, three distinct situations are
considered which include optimistic, most likely and pessimistic. Moreover, we have not only
depicted the changes in operating profits, but have also calculated the net present value of the
future cash flows with regard to the sensitivity variable under consideration.
