E-MAIL is a kind of communication tool through which massage can be received from one
person to another easily and with speed without any physical meeting. It is a basic way to
communication internally and externally. But there are so many problem in communication in
organization i.e. losing of tone, spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes which occur mostly in
sending an E-MAIL which can result in misleading factor, & the reader or receiver can create wide
problem for organization . At that time phone which is also one of the tool of communication can be
used.
Effective communication means being aware what you are, how you write it, who your
receiver audience is, and on which context it will be used. It should be made sure that the people in
the organization who send the E-MAIL at the work place should be kept as professional. E-MAIL as
an effective communication tool is very important in the organization. So that communication
should be perfect & with attention.
