Ok, he ate around 1400 calories a day, high carb, moderate protien, low fat. No, I am reading everywher that he was able to maintain this because
of his speed usage. But he weighed 215 or so, so that would be about right, right? I mean, I cannot see bodybuilders that are trying to loose weight,
consuming 3000 calories , unless they weigh 300 pounds or are using heavy juice, or doing a ton of physical activity.
I mean, Mike would do an hour of cardio, poseing practice, then workout every other day, but donĻt you think he was right on track?
From reading samples of his training and nutritional diary in his Heavy Duty Journal, I donĻt think he ate that bad. But it just goes completely
against what we - well, at least I - where used to believe from reading Flex magazine and other crappy magazines for many years
For example, in an old article from (a 1996 German version of) Flex, Kevin Levrone claimed that he was eating two chicken breasts per meal
SEVEN TIMES A DAY (thatĻs right: at least 14 chicken breasts a day)!!!
He very well may have been. Steroids make your appetite pretty crazy.
Yeah, I guess so. But FOURTEEN chicken breast a day? Give me a break! I think his kidneys would agree with me (just ask Ken ĻFlexĻ Wheeler).
