Day 1,2,4,6 and 8 Protein only day

Take XYNG in morn. Wait 30-60min b4 eating

Breakfast: 4oz. Super fruit and lean shake

Mid-morn snack: 4-6oz protein

Lunch: Lean shake

1300: Take 2 accelerate caps

Mid-afternoon snack: 4-6oz protein

If needed take XYNG to suppress appitite

Dinner: Lean shake

Bed: Take 2 flush with warm water

Drink 80oz water throughout day

Day 3,5,7 Eating day
