The Development Review Committee meeting on March 21, 2011 will review 4 development proposals: 1) a request to subdivide a 2.59 acre lot into 1 lot in the R-200 zone; 2) a request to subdivide a 17.29 acre lot into 4 lots in the RE-2 zone; 3) a request to develop a 0.69 acre lot in the CBD-2 zone; and 4) a discussion item regarding rezoning a 5.25 acre area from R-60 to RT-15.0 and a proposal to develop it with 77 lots. The committee will make recommendations on whether the proposals are consistent with zoning and master planning.
