    An IT Recruiter is involved in end-to-end Recruitment Process. Recruitment is a strategic


    Management function and it is critical for the success of every organization to recruit the right
    candidate for the right job. A recruiter is trained to source the right candidate, and co-ordinate
    various recruitment and selection process until the candidate On-boards the organization.

    Candidate Profile: The right candidates should have good communication skills and be a go-
    getter. He/She should be persuasive and have good interpersonal skills. Should have good
    academic result (60% or above % )
