The establishment code is the code provided to company/establishment/unit

who had covered under PF rules. You can find the establishment code even in
your PF a/c number. For Eg. If your PF number is “KL/18832/1312” then –
‘KL’ represents the State the organization/company is registered or situated,
‘18832’ is the Establishment Code & ‘1312’ is you’re a/c number. You can put
this number as the establishment code while searching your PF claim position
in epfindia.com website.

Dear faique, how you
have sent your claim
without establishment
code? If you have
your pf account with
you, for example
MH/12456/bom/5677,
MH denotes the state
wherein your pf
account is hold,bom
means the place
wherein your pf
account is hold 12456
means the
establishment
code(code number
given by the pf office
to your company)
5677 is your pf
account. The PF office
of all regions are
sending annual
account slips to all
covered employees
every year (till
february ending)
through their
employer. So kindly
contact your present
employer's HR
department. IF you
havesuch one, see
the account number
and code number in
it.
