Breeding Information

For the breeding approval of NFC AFC Boo we will require the following
information for review:

1. Copy of Pedigree

2. OFA Certifications for hips and the elbows preferred.

3. Eye exam by board certified vet/ophthalmologist

4. (CNM) Centronuclear Myopathy- Test Results

5. Negative Brucellosis test within 14 days of breeding for side by side.

6. EIC Genetic Testing Results

We have frozen semen stored at the International Canine Semen Bank in Georgia.
In order to get the semen shipped in the time frame you require please notify us
early in the Bitch’s estrous cycle so we can make sure we can make the
arrangements within the ICSB- GA. Please allow 3-4 days for shipment. For
shipments less than 48 hours an additional fee will be charged by ICSB - GA. All
shipping charges will be the Bitch owner’s responsibility. Normally a minimum of
24 hours is required to charge the shipping canister prior to retrieval of the frozen
semen.

The shipping charges, tank rental and return are the responsibility of the bitch’s
owner. Shipping costs including return of the empty tank usually range between
$175 and $250 depending on carrier and if shipment is a rush order. Additional
charges may result if the semen bank is notified less than 2 days prior to
shipment.

The charges by the inseminator will be the responsibility of the bitch owner.

The stud fee for services is $1,500.00. We require a non-refundable deposit of

$350.00 to be paid before shipment of semen. Balance is due when puppies are 3
weeks old. If there are less than 3 live puppies whelped, the balance due will be
$675.00.
