½Ôreate, maintain, prioritize and sequence the Product Backlogaccording to business value
or ROI.
½Ôonvey the vision and goals at the beginning of every developmentproject and sprint.
½Understand and commun icate the customer needs.
½Produce and articulate detailed requirements, user stories and usecases as required for
new product kickoff meetings and sprintplanning meetings.

½Participate in sprint planning meetings, daily Scrums, and sprint


reviews.
½Ôhange the course of the project based on changing business
requirements.
½Inspect the product progress at the end of every sprint and has
complete authority to accept or reject the work done.
½Ôollaborate with the team and align with the stakeholders
throughout the entire release.
½Facilitate close coordination between the Development and QA
teams.
½Maintain close working relationships with all departments to assure
optimal communication and conflict resolution.
½Lead by example; support a positive, proactive t eam culture; model
a strong work ethic for the team
½Maintain a heightened sense of urgency for all team members
throughout project durations
½Demonstrate increasing understanding of the business side of
electronic trading, including trading strategies, financial markets
and instruments, and industry trends
½Takes responsibility for career development and training;
communicates development needs with direct supervisor

½Bachelors or Masters degree in Ôomputer Science, Ôomputer
Engineering, Fin ance, or related
½Proven aptitude in business analysis, documentation
½Project management skills; experience working with crossfunctional
teams; Scrum project management preferred
½Strong communication skills; able to build relationship with both
technical and business experts
½Ability to quickly understand complex technical matters and
communicate them succinctly
½A solid understanding of financial markets and electronic trading
platforms
½Excellent communication and problem -solving skills
½Self-motivated, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work without
close supervision
½Ôustomer oriented, service -minded and well -organized
½Able to travel globally on occasion
