    MSGIC - Maryland State www.msgic.state.md.us In 1992, MSGIC was established and sanctioned by the Governor to officially
    Geographic Information coordinate GIS activities for agencies in the Executive Branch of State
    Committee government. MSGIC served as an effective coordinating body for State
    agencies throughout the 1990s, but it has since evolved to a Committee that
    represents all user sectors in Maryland.
