STATEMENT

Yupee Phone LLC is a rather small company and our VoIP service completed the beta period in
December 2008. We provide our services on a full basis since January 2009.

Because of our limited capabilities, we are a non-interconnected provider and we allow our customers to
terminate calls mainly to other countries with extremely low rates.

Yet, our first concern is and was our Customer's Privacy Protection:

a) Our order process is completely automated.

b) All payments are made through the secure system of Paypal. The customer accounts are created
automatically using the information provided by Paypal. We never receive the Consumer's credit
card number.

c) All the account information is sent to the email address, which the customer used with Paypal
and is confirmed by Paypal.

d) The customer profile can be viewed only by the Customer, using a secure password, which
he/she can change at any time and a user interface protected with an SSL Certificate (2048bit
encryption).

e) The only place the Customer's information (name, address, telephone number) is saved is in our
password protected and encrypted MySQL database.

f) We sent a monthly e-newsletter to the customers who choose to receive it and there is always a
link for an immediate removal from our mailing list.

g) Our electronic mailing list is stored in a different encrypted database, which is password
protected and accessed by a password protected application. All our passwords have at least 20
numbers, digits and special characters and are computer generated.

h) We have never used a mailing list provided by another company.

i) We have never shared our Customer's private information with any company.

j) The software we use to access our customer's accounts does not allow printing or even copying
the Customer's information in bulk.

 k) Customer applications which are printed for account review purposes are destroyed in less than
24 hours.

l) Until now we never had a breach of security or loss of account information.

Yupee Phone LLC is a small sized company, however we learn by our mistakes and we try to offer the
best service for the consumer, with no hidden fees and a crystal clear Privacy Protection Policy which is
