Weaknesses

• High employee turnover.

Opportunities

• Growth of mutual funds Industry is 40 to 50% during last year and it expected
that this rate will be maintained in future also.

• Marketing at rural and semi urban areas.

Threats

• Increasing number of local players.

• Past image of mutual funds.
