    AND WILLINGNESS TO SERVE

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    THIS IT CERTIFY that Pfc Roy B. Selorico 852543 (Inf) PA this unit has no
    derogatory records nor pending case filed against him both Civil and Military
    courts as of this date.

    Further certify that subject Enlisted-men is willing to serve for another term
    of three (3) years into the Regular Force, Armed Forces of the Philippines upon
    Expiration Term of Enlistment (ETE) on 16 March 2013.

    This certification is being issued upon request of subject EM to support his


    application for PAFCPIC Salary Loan.
